We believe in helping healthcare professionals advance their education.

Thanks to generous donors, the Foundation of Yuma Regional Medical Center provides tuition assistance to students who are pursuing their education in the fields of medicine and allied health.

To be eligible to apply for a scholarship, students must be enrolled full-time at an accredited vocational school, college or university, pursuing a career in the human healthcare field and be a legal citizen of the United States.

Scholarships are granted for an academic year (2 semesters) based on a student’s scholastic achievements, financial need, motivation and character. Funds are awarded directly to the educational institution on the student’s behalf.

While the application window for most scholarships is currently closed, the Foundation of YMRC is currently accepting applications for the McDaniel Endowment Fund Scholarship. Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their applications by the deadline of 5:00 p.m. MST on December 6, 2024.
